We are inspired by the concepts of experiential learning and creative play to design unique Experiential Team Off-Sites that invite teams to learn, play, self-reflect and connect with each other. Our immersive programs get you out of the "office", trigger your imagination and help you solve problems in new ways. Time and time again, we've been delighted to observe our clients experiencing compelling aha moments and translating them into actionable opportunities for their team and brand.

OUR FOUNDER

Stephan Paschalides founded Now Plus One in 2008, after a lengthy career in the trends and innovation sector. As the creative force behind Now Plus One, Stephan has curated and customized Experiential Team
Off-Site programs for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, and has led experiential immersions at major industry conferences. He is a global nomad, a lover of all arts and culture, an avid yogi, a voracious reader and an improv comedian wannabe.
