OUR FOUNDER

Stephan Paschalides founded Now Plus One in 2007 after a lengthy career in the trends and innovation sector. As the creative force behind Now Plus One, Stephan has curated and customized Insight Immersion programs for dozens of Fortune 500 companies, and has led experiential immersions at major industry conferences. He is a global nomad, a lover of all arts and culture, an avid yogi, a voracious reader and an experimental chef.
